2. Return Shipping Responsibility
For non-quality-related returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong style, no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item has a confirmed quality issue, defect, or shipping damage, Neosgo will cover the return shipping cost and provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom, special-order, or clearly marked non-returnable items may not be eligible unless defective.
